The SVCLS receives the mobile numbers of the users when they send the validation SMS. In case of any issues data in form of Mobile numbers is avail-able to the OEM to interact with end customer.
In order to enhance sales a reward program can be started by the OEM. The SVCLS system allows incorporation of reward programs for the users who
send in the unique code to verify the product. Thus serving two purposes at a single go i-e genuine product guarantee and incrcase in sales via reward
program.

Vision Enterprises offers a solution in the form of SMS Verification & Customer Loyalty system (SVCLS) which can do all this. The solution encom-passes mobility and printing technology to create a unique mix to offer to the OEMs. The summary of the solution is a follows:
The solution revolves around and customer sending a unique code to the system via SMS. The system identifies whether the unique code is authenticor not. If yes a positive reply goes out to the customer validating that the product being used is genuine via SMS otherwise a negative reply goes out to the customer.
The unique code is printed on the external packaging of the product and is hidden under a silver coat which the customer needs to scratch and send on a particular number. The unique code is a system generated value known only to the OEM and thus identifies the product as original/genuine or counter-
feit.
Benefits of the data accumulated using SVCLS:
As the SMS technology is being used, the system gets validated mobile numbers of the end users. Also the unique codes could be tied with specific
SKUs thus giving sample of the sales happening for each SKU at real time basis. A few benefits that can be derived from the data in the SVCLS is:
Product wise market share
The SVCLS can gencrate unique codes and tie them to a product. This means that once the customer sends the unique code back to the system via SMS,
the SVCLS system is able to generate the name of the product that was validated. A cumulative data report can provide product wise share of each product.

System can identify, based on the mobile numbers, which customers are repeat buyers.
